Excellence for Middle Leaders Sessions

These sessions are designed to inspire and empower middle leaders, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster a culture of excellence in their schools. Through engaging content and practical challenges, participants will develop the capabilities to lead effectively and drive positive change in their educational communities.

Session 1: Developing Open-mindedness and Interpersonal Courage

Embark on a transformative journey to embrace open-mindedness and develop the interpersonal courage needed for educational leadership. This Session will empower you to foster a culture of curiosity, challenge existing norms, and communicate effectively to drive positive change in your school community.
